‘Q smash’ is one of two characters that Q plays. The other one is of course the more common one of Tony Gunk.
Here he just plays the hulk of the show or ‘Q destroy’ as he calls it sometimes, a role that as the names suggests, gives him the enviable privilege to destroy things.

Q can’t get some glasses from the case for a customer to test out. So what does he do? Well, he smashes the thing into the ground and Joe rushes to the scene to sell the glasses like nothing happened.
But it doesn’t end there: while Joe shows the glasses to the customer, Q continues in the background to smash the case into pieces as well as the glasses that Joe discards his away after showing the customer.
Impractical Jokers Season 9 Episode 3 Drive, Drive, Drive
Six seasons later and Q is still smashing things. The victim of his rage this time round is an automatic vacuum machine which he destroys mercilessly with his flip-flops as a puzzled Ms. Ariana Grande watches.
