Millet (2019)

Kaje, a strong-willed girl, is forced to go on a two-day prayer retreat with her mother's church, as punishment for getting kicked out of school for fighting. During the retreat, she discovers that her mother and the rest of the flock are practically starving because they must eat only one small bowl of millet per day. But Prophet Livingstone, the greedy and gluttonous pastor who made the rule is secretly eating real food. To rescue her mother, Kaje must prove that the pastor eats more than just millet.
