With a belly as big as the one Joe sports, it’s only natural that he has to stuff it with all manner of junk every few minutes, pastries being the filler of choice. Murr displays a comparable appetite, albeit one that rivals that of Joseph in frequency but nowhere close in capacity.
This perhaps attributable to the fact that save for alleviating the pangs of hunger, the two are eating away for two completely different reasons: Joe merely eats to keep up with the demands of his massive industrial gut while Murr does it for the good of his ‘ferrety’ dental health.
